Which County Is This Property In? Batch-Answer for Your Whole MLS Export

Real estate teams append county names and FIPS to property address lists for comps, territory rules and tax jurisdiction checks — free, in the browser, no signup.

Why county matters in real estate

County records drive property tax, recording, and comparable-selection workflows. Many MLS exports carry city and ZIP but not county — and ZIP-to-county is ambiguous (ZIPs cross county lines).

FAQ

Can I upload my MLS export?

Yes — any CSV with an address column works. Pick the column once and run.

Does it work for rural properties?

Yes, as long as there is a street address. Highway-route addresses match to the delivery-area county.
