Assign Policies to Rating Territories with County FIPS

Many carrier rating plans and CE audits key off county (or county-equivalent) FIPS codes. Batch-resolve FIPS from policyholder address lists.

Why address-level, not ZIP-level

ZIP code boundaries cross county lines, so ZIP-based territory assignment misclassifies edge policies. Address-level matching assigns the correct county every time.
