Add IANA Timezone to Every Customer Address — Send-Time & Dial-Time Ready

Calling windows and email send-time optimization both need the customer's timezone. Derive it from matched coordinates in one batch pass.

Why IANA names

Output uses IANA names (America/New_York, America/Chicago…) — unambiguous, DST-aware, directly usable in dialer and marketing tools.

FAQ

What about Arizona and DST?

The IANA database encodes it: America/Phoenix carries the correct no-DST behavior.

Can I use ZIP codes instead?

No — ZIPs span timezones in some states. A street address gives the precise local timezone.
